Your personal information

Reopening notifications

With your consent, we store your email address and chosen language to send you one reopening message through Resend. Signing up is optional and does not create a customer account. Your address is encrypted in storage and deleted after sending, or at most 180 days after signup if the site has not reopened. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@lepapanoel.fr. Technical delivery records are deleted after seven days.

Information useful for the message

We ask for the child's first name and age, interests, qualities, and any optional elements the parent chooses to provide. The parent's first name and email address are used for order processing and file access. Do not provide the child's address, school, photograph, or sensitive information.

For Santa’s Magic Sack, we also collect the parent's phone number, chosen time, and consent to receive the call.

Automated processing and service providers

OpenAI is preparing the text. Mistral is verifying the content. HeyGen receives the personalized text and creates the video as well as the Santa Claus voice. Stripe processes the payment and only receives the data necessary for it. Resend sends the login and delivery emails. Twilio receives the parent's number and temporary access to the audio message to make the reserved call. Media files are stored in private storage. Personalization data is not transmitted in payment metadata.

Anappli – Samira BEN DAOUD is responsible for data processing. The parent's contact details and order information are processed to fulfill the contract, provide support, and secure access to files. The parent authorizes the use of the child's information for personalization. Commercial messages are based on optional consent, which can be withdrawn by email. Technical service providers may process data outside the European Union under their service terms. For details on these processes and their safeguards, please contact contact@lepapanoel.fr.

Retention

The draft remains stored in your tab for 24 hours at most after your last modification. You can delete it from the form. Personalization data is intended for 30 days after the order; deletion occurs at the end of this period when preparation is complete or interrupted. An ongoing order is retained to allow delivery. Media files are kept 30 days after delivery. If the call is scheduled later, contact details and media remain available for at least seven days after the scheduled time; the availability date is indicated in the order. Billing, payment information, and proof of consent are stored separately for transaction tracking, complaints, and legal obligations.

Your private access

A single-use login link is valid for 30 minutes. The session lasts up to 7 days. Files are accessible only after verifying your right to the order, via temporary links. Downloads already saved on your device remain under your control.

Optional audience measurement

Measurement remains disabled unless you consent in the footer. A cookie remembers your choice for six months. Counters contain only the day, action type, package and language. They contain no name, personalised text, email, phone number, IP address or private link. Purchases are verified when you visit the family account and deduplicated using a technical fingerprint of the order. These records are deleted after 400 days. You can decline or withdraw consent in the footer; aggregated counters cannot identify a visitor.

Cookies and resources

When you select a language, a cookie remembers this choice for one year on the visited domain. You can change it using the language selector or delete this cookie in your browser.

A session cookie required for sign-in is created when you use your personal link. Fonts, images and the sample video are hosted with the website. The sample video loads after you choose to play it.

Your choices and requests

Email campaigns are sent through Resend to customers who have opted in. Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link. Signing up for the reopening announcement only subscribes you to that announcement, not to marketing campaigns.
